In June I finally visited Barcelona for three days. I wanted to go there for a very long time. It definitely was love at first sight! The city is absolutely lovely and beauftiful! These are some first pictures of Barcelona…

First impressions of Barcelona: architecture, market place, doves, and Columbus.
Three days are definitely not enough to see everything interesting in and around Barcelona. Going there is at least worth one week. To get a really good impression of the city, I walked about 70 Kilometres (43 miles) during my stay. However, I did not see everything I planned to.

First impressions of Barcelona: beach, cemetery, architecture, and overlooking the city.
Between my arrival and my departure I did not really know where I really was. If I would have looked at a world map, I would just not have been able to tell where I’m moving around. Some places looked like Dubai, some like London, Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, and other places.

First impressions of Barcelona: coastal walk, vintage shop, sculpture, and cathedral.
Best wishes,
Claire
