Picture of the Week: Chicago O’Hare International Airport, USA

This time the Picture of the Week is from the Chicago O’Hare International Airport in the USA.

Usually I only book nonstop flights when I go to the USA because they are so much more comfortable. But last year I did chose a flight on which I had to change in Chicago. Until then I had only been to this city by car and so didn’t know the airport. And the more I have been impressed by this first visit!

The Chicago O’Hare International Airport is huge and even if the walk from way to the other would take about 30 minutes one should really do that – especially when you have a longer waiting time to spend. The airport comes up with a lot of visual highlights, just like this awesome hallway here. How sad that they all rushed on stubbornly like zombies and apart from me nobody took the time for a photo… So if you ever get there: don’t just sit around – get up and discover the airport!

Best wishes,
Claire
